Parameters

We offer low-maintenance, AA+ energy rated, heat-pumped, solar-powered smart homes with modern technology. The project consists of A, B, C, D buildings.

Each building has 10 apartments so a total of 40 apartments will be built. The buildings have almost identical floor plans, differing only in their location within the site.

Kitchens

The kitchens can be built according to the needs of the homeowner, but the built-in connections allow the installation of sinks, dishwashers, refrigerators in the future, currently the architect’s layout plan is the definitive one!

Tiling is included in the offer cold tiling (ceramic tiles in large tiles cca. 80×160) and hot tiling (Swedish flooring or solid wood Edelholz or equivalent quality), side wall tiling) can be chosen by the buyer based on 3 samples presented by the General Contractor.
